We're at the halfway point of the year, so I thought it would be a good time for a quick remeinder of what is going on energetically this year -- from a numerology perspective...

The energy of 2013 is a 6, which at its core is all about love.

A 6-Year is also about:

• Relationships
• Family and Community
• Creativity
• Harmony
• Responsibility
• Self-Love
• and Self-Acceptance
   

Anywhere that love is lacking or on shaky ground, or if there is disharmony or fear, it will flare up for you to deal with it now
 

June is also a 6 vibration -- making this month a "double-whammy in the emotional department

Double the 6 energy of 2013 – so you may have been on an emotional roller-coaster

Emotions still running high – so you can deal with things you’ve been ignoring or denying over the years

Now is the time to acknowledge them and heal them!

It will be harder now to stuff your emotions. Allow yourself to simply feel what you are feeling. The emotions will move through you, they won't control you or have power over you.

The energy shifts slightly in July when we add in the 7 vibration. That means you may find yourself living more in your head. Meanwhile, feel what you are feeling. Stop stuffing your emotions!

Do things that make you feel good and feed your joy.

Be creative.

Practice selfcare -- and be willing to love and accept yourself exactly as you are.

You're OK. Really. You are!
